I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Madinah. All the facilities were excellent and the staff did an amazing job of keeping me comfortable. In particular I really want to thank Ghaddi and Rayan from Reception who went out of their way to help me and make my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also excellent as it’s right next to the Mosque and close to the shopping mall and restaurants.

Exceptional Stay at Sofitel Shahad Al Madina My stay at Sofitel Shahad Al Madina was truly outstanding from start to finish. The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making every visit to the mosque incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The buffet was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of international and local cuisines. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. I booked the Presidential Suite with three bedrooms and a direct Masjid view, and it was the perfect choice for our family. The suite was spacious, luxurious, impeccably clean, and provided breathtaking views of the Haram. Waking up to such a view was an unforgettable experience. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations—from the comfort and elegance of the accommodation to the outstanding service and prime location. I highly recommend Sofitel Shahad Al Madina and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Madinah.
