I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like everything met my expectations. Some areas could benefit from a little extra attention to make the experience even more exceptional, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice.

from the treatment of staff who ignore guests' requests, to the elevators that don't work, cold water showers, 1h30m in the restaurant to serve 1 burger, rooms without blackout and with sunlight at 100 % at 6am, the absurd noise at dawn, rooms without sound insulation, broken showers, and the wifi sometimes doesn’t work!! employees ignore customers!! It's one the most surreal thing I've ever seen!!! terrible!

The service at the front desk was also lacking in professionalism, as the staff member was unhelpful and even rude when questioned or given feedback. I encountered this during my check-out on March 18th, 2024, in the morning at 9 am.
