Blue Sky Aperol Hotel

Location was ok, as it is near to the Airport and Tashkent Main railway station.

Maintenance of the hotel is very poor. Bath room with the toilet doesn't have exhaust or any ventilation. Though it is clleaned , it is having bad smell. AC is there but no remote control device. TV is there but not working. Restaurant on the third floor doesn't have a washbasin. So we have to come and clean at the bathroom. Behaviour of the staff mainly at the restaurant is very bad. They don't give any value to the customers. Complementary breakfast provided. It is purely their choice. It doesn't contain any fruits or juce, butter etc. Also the bed is not comfortable.

*The guy working at the reception speaks English. *It is close to the airport.

*First of all, the hotel is not called Blue Sky but Aperol and for that reason it was difficult to find it. The walls are made of plasterboard and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and it is very difficult to fall asleep. *The door to the room is made of fogged glass, which does not provide any privacy and for me it is terrible because I wear a hojab. Another problem related to the door is that the hallway light is on all night and lights up the entire room!!!!! *The bathroom is not very clean and the water drains slowly in the shower cabin. Also, the tiles are in a state of decay. *We paid €22 for laundry!! (more precisely 310 UZS for 5 shirts, one dress, scarf and 2-3 pairs of socks) We paid 5-6€ each for the same amount of laundry in the previous two hotels in Uzbekistan. After we said that we thought it was too much money, the guy working at the reception just said - this is Tashkent. (Like it's Paris, lol.) *You get a very small portion for breakfast.

Clean, good stuff, location near airport, good cafeteria near.

The number was different as I looked at the booking.
