Great staff, good breakfast, very spacious and clean room for the price.

Extremely bad experience

They won't allow you to warm milk for kids in their electric kettle.

Property was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

There were almost no options for Vegetarians. Communicating with the Kitchen Staff was a challenge.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Receptionists Samik and Izzat they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. I have to mention the perfect location of the hotel , Airport and central train station is very close(1.5km) , and city center is not too far also.

Everything was pretty good

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Eventhough there was no airport transfer by the hotel, they arranged a YANDEX taxi for me that picked me up at the airport and also brought me back to the airport the next early morning. Communication with the staff was very fast and efficient. They also sent me a registration sheet via booking.com as I unfortunately forgot to pick it up at the reception during checkout. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. There was a large shaded rooftop terrace, but I only had time to sit there during the night - I think, it makes a great place to relax during the day. The proximity to the airport is great! A taxi ride of 10 min and you are at the international terminal. Add 10 min more to circle the airport for the domestic terminal.

The door to the room has milky glass which cannot be seen through, but light from the floor lighting still comes in. Unfortunately, there is no curtain or other option to block the light from the door. This could be improved.
