All the facilities are new.easy access to town.and clean👍🏻
When night time.to much noisy from downstairs.people karaoke.at lot stray dog make noise night time and some time the no water hit lucky not long period.

I would say it is decent for 1 or 2 night stay. We are able to book last minute and got affordable price. The place is quite clean.
The only downside is the place cannot be located using waze or google maps. i had to search for nearby place that accidentally found the place. it is quite secluded and i would say not safe (not recommended) for solo female traveler. Oh, one toilet would shared for all tenant.

Easy to deal with. 24 hours front desk available. Can ask places in km. Location is near my running event which is good.
The location is quite lone and hide. Not suitable for ladies backpacker or lone traveller. Location is beside abandon building. No safety camera guarding the premise in case anything happens. Window lock is not functional can easily open from outside. No wifi, maxis/digi internet access poor in this premise.
