MYthe bedroom are big and suitable for small families
bathroom and toilet are dirty and bad smelly.
MYMYHost is friendly, overall unit is clean and bed doesn't have odd smell and is generally comfortable.
The bedroom window can't be locked, and is located on ground floor. Had to use string to tie it shut otherwise someone can literally pull open the window and climb in since there's no grill. This caused a very serious safety concern for us because the outside of the bedroom is not well lit at all and is secluded. Would've given a better rating if there wasn't issue with the window lock.

MYThis unit looks like no one clean up and very dusty and without lighting from the walk way and staircase to the lower ground floor to excees the unit. Once checked in after two hours check out and didn't stay here and directly back to KL. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR IT.

Maybe the front desk/security guard house should be friendly and helpful.. otherwise is great
