C Comfortable Avida Room

Good location.

I had trouble finding which building the apartment was located in. It should be on the booking .com site also check in advice should be emailed directly to the customer at least 3 to 5 days before arrival .

Location wise it's near to malls and almost everything.

We arrived in the room with the floor dirty and we have to asked them to mop the floor.

The host is great in updating and providing instructions. The place was generally clean and safe too. Wifi is working great. The bed, pillows, and covers are clean. They provide two small bottles of drinking water and coffee. The kitchen utensils are available including soap for washing. Overall, I do like the place.

Some things to consider are the following: I think the shower curtain needs washing (dirty :(), microwave is not working, and the bathroom could use additional rug inside. One roll of toilet paper for a 3-day stay is not enough. It would also be great if a spare trash bag is kept in the room with instruction on where to dispose.

The cleanliness of the property was spot on. It was so comfortable, it was always a challenge to get out of bed and explore the city. It's just a short taxi ride or walk away from establishments like the Shops at Atria, and SM Iloilo. In the compound, there's a convenience store and a coffee shop. Molo Cathedral and the Molo Mansion can be walked in about 15-20 mins.
