"Awful and disgusting"

This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. We were traveling all the way from Scotland to Birmingham and had to constantly message the host for check-in details – he was completely unresponsive for hours, leaving us anxious and unsure whether we’d even have a place to stay. When someone finally showed up, he opened the door and left without giving us a key. That meant we were trapped inside the apartment – unable to go out unless we took all our belongings with us, which is totally unacceptable, especially for a family. On top of that, the apartment was absolutely filthy. There were weed particles all over the counters, white powder in cups that looked suspiciously like cocaine, and the entire place reeked of weed like it had just been hotboxed. This place is clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. No hygiene whatsoever – no toilet paper provided, hair in the beds, and an overall disgusting environment. We messaged the host constantly for help and he was completely useless. His only “solution” was that we should carry our bags everywhere we go, which is outrageous. When we called, he was cheeky and dismissive – no apology, no accountability. This place is an absolute health hazard and a joke of a service. Stay FAR away. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and run by someone who clearly doesn’t care about guests.

"Avoid avoid avoid"

The location was central

Well first of all we weren't given instructions on how to get into the property then when we did get in, there was nothing in rhe flat no tea bags no sugar and half a roll of toilet paper. Avoid at all costs fir the price i expected more. When we did check out they called us that we have a booking when we had already checked out. Pay a little more and go elsewhere!!!

"Poor"

I was accused of leaving the place in a mess, the owner of the place rung me saying I’ve left the wet towels and that I peed in the bucket asked him which bucket he said the bin which doesn’t even make sense 😂! So he wanted to charge me more money. Am actually disgusted about this because I actually spent 2hours trying to clean the place and when we were checking out the cleaning lady came and she actually said the place was very clean and tidy. And for the owner to ring me up after an hour with such accusations is unacceptable. But the place is all good hopefully this is not the owner’s tactic to try and ripoff and scam customers

"Great if you can get in"

Nice apartment with good facilities, if you want get in!!!

Couldn't get in the first night. there was no response to website emails and later to text messages or phone calls. Was forced to book a different hotel for the night. The owner finally phoned me when I was in bed in the other hotel to apologise and said I would be refunded. I received an email from Booking.com 20 minutes later saying 'cancellation rejected', and I'd have to pay the full price to cancel. The next day, it still took me an hour to get in as they couldn't decide what flat I had booked and which parking space was mine. Whilst in the car park waiting, I met two other guys who were in the same situation, totally baffling!!! Avoid unless you want to sleep in your car!
