Where had a the problem with our room with the air conditioning, but the receptionist was very, very helpful and changes to a much better room

Very traditional, which is always our preferance :))) Stunning views from the pool area. The staff were amazing!!

Our kettle & safe didn’t work, we were in a superior suite so this was disappointing. Reported the issue from the outset, issues weren’t fixed :((

Really beautiful hotel, ideally located for the autostrada, super comfortable beds which is unusual for Italy and really friendly helpful staff

The hotel states that it has two very well respected resturaunts which both turned out to be closed, they should inform of this at the time of booking,It’s very important to me when travelling with a car because that’s what I look for.

"Beautiful place to have a break on your trip through Italy"

The hotel is located very close to the autostrada but at the same time it’s very green, offers beautiful views and peace. All the staff members were extremely kind, welcoming and willing to help. The rooms were of a good size, spotless clean and in good shape. We loved the beautiful pool and restaurant. From here you can easily reach some beautiful Tuscan towns like Pienza or Montepulciano.

We were staying with our little kids and went to see the playground. Unfortunately it wasn’t really taken care of. So I would either improve it or remove it at all not to ruin the beautiful image of the place.

Very beautiful place to stay . The view from swimming pool is stunning. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. The food in Taverna is great.

It’s a pity the swimming pool close during the May . But it’s still amazing place to come
