AUWe like the view, decoration and the amenities of the property. We were given a good restaurant recommendation by the host. It was an easy drive to the airport.
The view is spoilt by a clumsy childproof balcony addition. The second bedroom has no air-conditioning so in the hot weather it was uncomfortable to sleep in. The road to the property is very difficult to access, it is also roughly made - some drivers will not manage the climb.
HUEverything: the apartment is spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The balcony was perfect. I had to do some work on my laptop and there was a nice study room. I didn't use the kitchen because I was alone, but it would be ideal for a family. So the apartment is undoubtedly worth 10.0 punk. But the lady deserves even more: I came by boat and she brought all my luggage to the house by car. Since it was not possible to deliver fuel to my ship, he brought it to me himself by car. 100 liters, so it was no small favor. He recommended me restaurants, shops, etc. I am grateful for your hospitality.
GBGood location within short distance of local shops, eateries and public transport. Great balcony for breakfast and enjoying the view over the harbour and countryside. Comfortable living area with great smart TV and wifi to have access to local and international entertainment if you know how. Strong Aircon throughout, which with highs of 45 degrees was essential. Well equipped kitchen with a huge fridge freezer to keep all those drinks and snacks at close to hand.
The apartment is directly above a cafe bar with outside seating that is open until 1am with some noise from clients into the early hours that is not overly intrusive. The area is plagued however by boy racers and motorcycle riding morons , which despite road closures use the road outside and the harbour frontage as a racetrack at night to compete in the loudest exhaust competitions that start at 2am. This intrusion on two of our four nights continued until as late as 4am. The harbour frontage is used as an impromptu campsite for itinerants. This provides a helpful reminder to secure all the accessible windows and doors before heading out for the day. Aggressive stray dogs roam the waterfront to actively follow lone walkers for food particularly in the early morning.
NLVery nice and comfortable apartment. The balcony was very spacious with a lovely overview of the harbour. Also important that the balcony has very comfortable chairs and table. The host was also very attendant, which make our stay at Artaki's balcony unforgetable.

Drilling noise from another property. Impossible to blame our hosts, as it is very probable it would only be short term.
GRSuperb location that allows you to walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. It has a magnificent view from a very spacious balcony. They have thought of everything that a guest may need to be comfortable. The apartment is large, homey and it was a pleasure to stay there.
CAI think the only thing was that we were expecting three beds, and it was two beds and the couch
