Helpful staff, organised bicycles and snorkelling for us. Pretty comfortable bed. Clean pool. Only 4 rooms in the property.

The rooms were not very clean, no drinking water in the rooms, the shower has unstable water pressure and temperature

It was quiet, away from all these bars and loud music and close to the beach. The staff, especially Andy very kind and always happy to help and provide recommendations around activities and restaurants. Very kind owners and their daughter I got know on New Year’s Eve. We had I pizza together and a lovely chat.

The pool was not ready to use when I have arrived and the next day neither. The pool sofas were also not ready to use. Breakfast is very simple and for someone who does not like white toast and jam very very limited. Good cafes are close by or by bicycle in few minutes. Therefore I would recommend not booking including breakfast. I ordered boiled eggs but had to ask for egg holder. Bit more upskilling in service would help for a better experience. They had problems with electricity, on arrival the electricity was off so I had no warm water to take a shower. On 31st Dec their electricity failed again. But the owners who were visiting the island for New Year’s Eve did their best to get it fixed as quick as possible. I contacted the property twice, first to adjust the dates of my stay and second to ask to a discount given that the pool was not ready. Still haven’t receive a response! What I also did not like is the fact cleaning the room twice and them touching/adjusting my towels, clothes and stuff. I think housekeeping twice a day is simply not needed. Better if the some of the staff could understand English a bit more/better. I left the hotel/island two days earlier. I also got a stomach bug on Gili T., not the cleanest place this island from pov.

Amazing staff, always there for you, cleaned the room twice a day if needed to always have fresh towels and a clean room. Bed really comfy and bathroom really clean.

The Wifi doesn’t work well at all and therefore you can’t really enjoy the TV… Wifi has a 10/10 on Booking but I don’t know how it is possible. This is really the worst point because otherwise the rating would have been a 10/10. If you guys can change the Wifi system, ratings will be 10/10 for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was in a great location in the middle of the island so you could access both sides very easily with a bike. The road was off the main strip avoiding the noisy crowds. The staff went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The facilities were great with a pool, breakfast every morning, a smart tv in the room etc. The room was very clean they cleaned it twice daily bringing fresh drinking water every time. This place was the highlight of our trip and we couldn’t recommend it enough.

The hotel seems a bit out of maintenance and very different from the photos, the present rating seems like an old memory. A lot of dirt near the pool area and grown weeds on one side. The pool system was being turned off and turn on by guest being present around, this results in a bad filtering system and dirt accumulation and insects. I am sorry if you are trying to save, but you can't do that to a pool, that is not how it works... It is not enough and in reality in the long run it will create all sort of safety problems. Also the AC in the Room is on top of the front door and does not reach the full bedroom. We paid 160 Euros for 2 nights, it was a lot for this...

The staff are brilliant. Andy and Jess couldn't have done more to make sure you had everything you need and felt like you were truly welcome. New owners took over while I stayed at the resort and are quickly making improvements to the facilities. The facilities are already good, so this is a resort to consider for your next stay I'd say - especially if you want to be away from the constant noise of the live music at bars on the island.

At different times, the resort was quite noisy. Guests were up at 4am talking and laughing, slamming doors etc. Families with small children allowed them to jump in the pool and scream out to each other well after dark. To be fair, I am not sure how the resort can control the behaviour of their guests - perhaps just letting everyone know at checkout that noise travels and not to sit in the common areas directly below the rooms if they plan to party during the night and close the pool at dusk?

The attention was amazing, the owners are super friendly. The location is nice, walking distance everywhere. Rooms are decent size, big balcony and the bathroom comfortable. Free toiletries provided.

The air-conditioning being in the entrance 'hall' was not the most efficient while lying on the bed. We were really missing a fridge in the room, also the only drinkable water available was warm as it was located outside. The breakfast could have been more generous.

Pool area was boring, it had weeds and was not inviting.

After 4 months of travelling SE Asia this is the easiest 10/10 for any accommodation we stayed at. If I could rate it higher I would. Antonio and his family were so warm, welcoming and truly made us feel like part of the family. You get an amazing breakfast each morning, which you select the night before. Every day the rooms were cleaned, twice! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and obviously clean and the shower was excellent. There is free drinking water available. There is also a well stocked fridge by the pool, full of beer and juice which you can purchase. We drank a lot of beer (we're Scottish) but Antonio was up to the task of keeping a steady supply for us. The pool is nice and you can get towels for going to the beach too. Sunset beach is a short walk away, but far enough away that you don't hear the loud music from the bars. We also got our laundry done while we stayed and it smelled fresh for weeks. Truly an incredible stay and couldn't recommend it more.

The hotel is very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and big with a little balcony. The breakfast is yummy and very complete. Everyday the staff gives you towels for the beach. Is very quite and nice, and the staff makes sure that you feel like at home. The rooms are cleaned everyday.

Not a big thing, but just in case, the wifi is not the best but it works well. The tv is not really useful due to the wifi is not that strong. (It did not bother me, but just in case someone needs this review)
