La chambre est austère, et tristounette pas de quoi suspendre des vêtements,, 3 grands lits mais un seul avec un matelas moins mauvais, pas de bouilloire (sauf a l'accueil) douche tiède si fort débit, Le petit déjeuner... à choisir toutefois: une omelette sans garniture avec un morceau de pain sec (sans beurre ni confiture)et une tasse café tiède.... Franchement je dis rarement du mal d'un hôtel, mais j'ai été déçu, sur Booking il est noté 4 carrés...j'ai dû tirer la plus mauvaise

I stayed for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The room had wooden details that made it feel warm. I walked to the Alms Giving ceremony early in the morning—it was only a short walk away. The staff were friendly and spoke clearly. They also recommended good restaurants nearby. I really liked the quiet atmosphere inside the hostel.

The staff was lovely! We stayed for two nights in total, but spent one night elsewhere (on the mountains) and the staff let us leave our things at the hotel. Location was great!

The price was a bit high for what the facilities ended up being.

O melhor aqui não é apenas a casa bonita e o hotel novo, mas para mim foi a sensação de segurança e o apoio da equipe. Eu já agradeci aos funcionários da recepção quando fui embora, mas ainda assim não foi suficiente. Quero agradecer mais uma vez por meio deste comentário e avaliação. Recomendo fortemente.

Good service. the women in the reception can organize the tour for us every day. The bed was comfortable, safe and coffee available.

If you are even slightly sensitive to cigarette smoke, do NOT stay here. I was falling for the very many good booking.com reviews but just a quick look over at Google paints a different picture. Unfortunately, our stay confirmed the poor conditions. Our first room on the ground floor smelled strongly of old smoke, so we asked to change rooms. The staff member at the front desk was very kind and accommodated our request by giving us a larger room on an upper level. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke was just as strong there. The facilities, especially the bathrooms, felt very outdated, and it was clear that little to nothing had been renovated in probably centuries. My boyfriend and I slept very poorly and felt extremely groggy the next morning. Even my nightshirt smelled of smoke. Only then did we realize that the rooms do not have proper glass windows, only shutters, so there is nothing that effectively prevents smoky air from entering. We had booked 3 nights, but after just 1 night it was clear that we couldn’t stay. We asked for an alternative solution or a refund, both of which were declined by the male staff member my boyfriend spoke to in the morning, who appeared to be the owner or manager. No further apologies were offered. We then moved to Luang Phasouk Hotel, where we had a terrific experience with clean, bright, and smoke free rooms (and windows with glass!). Highly recommended! One final note: do not be misled by the photo showing a terrace with a beautiful view of the Mekong River. The actual property of Dear Villa House is located on the other side of the road and does not offer any river view.

Situation

Chambre ne correspond pas au descriptif ( taille-aucun meuble-aucune intimité- bruot interieur et exterieur-petit dejeuner maigre et tres mediocre...nous avons du annuler notre deuxieme nuit car impossible de dormir. Nous attendons un geste de Booking.
