"Lovely property in a great location - really private and rural setting. Host was fantastic!"

This property was perfectly located for a short work visit to the area for a couple of days. The house and setting was even better than the pictures had suggested it would be. Very comfortable, great value, and excellent service from the host.

Had a little trouble locating the property in the darkness on arrival, but that's the only vague issue our team had during their entire stay. Otherwise everything was just as hoped for, if not better.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If I had to be picky I would like to have found some milk in the fridge!

This was a stunning and well arranged property. Clearly no expense has been spared in making this a lovely place to come to visit. Beautiful views in the morning and very tranquil after a bust day.

Very secluded, quiet location with magnificent views. Very well appointed. Wonderful decor and a high quality finish. Bathrooms were outstanding!

Fantastic view towards the sea and the River Exe. Modern, clean, stylish accommodation. All the facilities you could need. Parking. Garden. Very quiet and peaceful location. Deer were spotted in the field near the property.

Nothing negative to report. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful Devon retreat
