The staff atitude was so rude and I Booked a AC room but when I reached the hotel they informed me that in this booking AC room is not applicable and even it was clearly mentioned in the booking that the room is air conditioned, the owner asked extra 200 to give the AC room and even after arguing and giving 200 extra along with the booking changes the room was extremely small and dirty.
