Worst Stay at OYO Hotel Brahmaputra, Paharganj, New Delhi – Avoid! I booked a single AC room for 2 days through Booking.com at OYO Hotel Brahmaputra, Paharganj, New Delhi (1225-26 Mushtaq Rai Khanna Marg, Bazar Sangatrashan gali, Mantola Mohalla, Kaseru Walan, Paharganj, Delhi 110055), but the experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the staff falsely claimed I had booked a non-AC room and forced me to pay extra money, even though my booking clearly mentioned AC room. I paid more than the confirmed booking amount. During my stay, the staff repeatedly turned off the AC without informing me and controlled it separately, making the room uncomfortable. I checked in at 1:00 PM and faced frequent AC shutdowns and unhelpful behavior from management. To make matters worse, the property posted a fake positive review in my name, which is misleading and unethical. The overall cleanliness was poor, service was unsatisfactory, and management was untrustworthy. These issues have been reported by several guests before, so it appears to be a repeated scam at this property. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, as you are likely to be overcharged and misled. Do not trust the reviews—many appear to be fake. Very frustrating experience, NOT recommended at all.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was poorly maintained – there were cockroaches, the bathroom was not cleaned, and the pillows had a bad smell. The walls had paint peeling off, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. There was no proper ventilation, making the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not suitable for couples or families. Would not recommend this property.
