L’accueil et l’écoute de Mohamed. L’emplacement proche des commodités également est appréciable. L’agence est de confiance.

Le manque de produit de premières nécessités comme un peu de lessive ou épice pour faire à manger.

J’ai séjourné 6 jours sur place. L’appartement est très bien équipé et idéalement situé, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement sans avoir recours aux taxis. La résidence est sécurisée, la piscine bien entretenue, et l’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. La terrasse est un vrai plus, même si elle manque un peu d’intimité car les appartements en face ont une vue directe. Seul petit bémol : il manquait quelques serviettes de bain.

Worst apartment and least value for money I’ve stayed in during my whole trip to Morocco. The review I am leaving here is the one I wish someone has honestly left so I didn’t waste my money.

On arrival to the apartment it was super dirty and dusty. The so called “terrace” was extremely dirty and unusable. It’s not private and honestly nothing like the photos at all. Some men climbed up a ladder into my terrace while we were in the apartment and the management did nothing about it. Unsafe and a breech of privacy. There was two tiny bottles of water on arrival, no spices, no hand towels, no nice details at all …. And all the cutlery and utensils had food from previous clients. The apartment has construction going on all day outside to the left and people can look into the apartment from every angle. No privacy. The washing machine - has no complimentary washing powder and No place to dry / hang the washed clothes - so don’t see the point in that. The hosts were extremely rude - shouted at me - swore at me and it was clear these are among the greedy people who only care for money not your stay. I’ve seen other reviews of theirs and now I understand they are not the best management. They should not manage at all to be honest. The duvet and pillows stunk of pee and sweat. The towels were hand towels and no shower towels provided at all. Even on request. The shower leaks and is very small and NO floor mat for when you come out. Dangerous as floor is so slippery. The shower even leaked and flooded the whole bathroom. It felt like a jail because NO guests or any visitors allowed and they even leave big signs inside the apartment. I highly recommend other agencies and apartments. I would never rent off them again even I was paid to.

A beautiful and clean apartment that’s only a 30 min walk away from the chaos of the Medina. You realise once you’re in the Medina how great it is to not stay there as it is quite intense. This place was the perfect middle ground for us. The pool area was excellent making our holiday very chilled. There is a mall near by with a supermarket for amenities. Apartment comes with a TV with loads of channels, and a beautiful terrace to relax on. Loved the Nespresso machine too. Host was friendly and they allowed us to check in early! They organise tours too if that’s what you’re looking for but we wanted a relaxing holiday. We would definitely book this place again.

The cooking facilities in the kitchen could be better, we like to cook but didn’t really feel the urge to as there was no chopping knife. Also the shower was pretty small and the shower head was somewhat broken.

A modern apartment in gated grounds, an excellent location to explore Marrakech
