We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Zagreb. The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfect – close to the city center and easy to reach all the main attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back again!

"It was not a good experience"

The location is really great, close to the main part of Zagreb!

Our reservation was for four people (including two children). When we arrived, only the double bed was ready. Under the sofa bed, we found a blanket, two old pillows without pillowcases and one towel. We messaged the apartment staff, who not only failed to resolve our issue but also doubted the condition we reported, asking for photos to prove our point. Only after the photos were provided did they respond saying they would send the sheets and towels (no mention of the pillowcases) to my children the next morning. Note: our reservation was for one night, so it wouldn't make sense to receive these items the next day. Furthermore, the living room has two windows, but only one with a curtain (blackout). The bedroom curtains are too narrow for the window opening and don't have blackout. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience.

Great location. Nice rooms with everything you need. Great value for money

My biggest problem. Their locks. 🔒. They are so tricky and especially the first door for the apartment can potentially lead to a meltdown. The lock for the bathroom is also quite hard. Other than that everything was nice
