地下に大浴場があります。それほど広くは無いのですが、歩き疲れた脚を伸ばしてゆっくりと入る事が出来ました。ホテルを選ぶ条件が大浴場が有る事でした。

化粧水などの備品が無かった。博多観光のパンフレット等が無く、置いて欲しかったです。

夜眠りについた頃から、トイレから異臭がして全く眠れなかった。トイレの下水道の排水トラップが原因と思われます。今まで泊まったホテルでトイレの匂いで眠れなかったのは初めてでした

人手不足で大変ですが、朝食時、入口にスタッフが立って案内して欲しかった。後から来たお客さんには食券をこちらへ入れて座席カードを持って空いてるせきへ置いてくださいと説明したのに、私にはそれがなかったので残念だった。
