"Horrible experience"

The place was dirty!!! The kitchen was not well equipped, we coudn’t use the oven, the bedding was smelly and dirty.

One of the worst places I stayed in my entire life! We feel disrespected, and was about to bring it up to Booking.com’s customer service but I want to get away from problems during my holidays. Absolutely worn down, and place was not cleaned properly. The shower room especially!!! No pots provided so we had to cook pasta on a frying pan. There was a washing machine but no clothes rack. I would not recommend staying here. Communication wasn’t so great either. The only thing that looked nice was the outside building but DO NOT BE FOOLED!! Even bin had no plastic bag.
