The Violin House

The iterior of the House and the ouside space is designed and furnished with love, resulting in a very cosy and homely atmosphere. The hosts are very nice and welcoming gifts were a pleasant surprise. Although the House is located in the suburban area of Xania, oldtown and stunning Yannis beach are reachable in few minutes by the car. Great restaurant with local food (Dichalo Chania), bakery and market are located right around the corner.

The property far exceeded our expectations. It hast been decorated with much care. We especially appreciated the additional touches, such as complimentary wine, honey etc. It is truly a hidden gem.

This is the best accommodation ever! Everything is brand new and super clean. The house is very stylish and the owner provided everything you need and more: water, a great bottle of wine, coffee, bread, salt/pepper even a music speaker. I have never seen an accommodation that welcoming where you feel home the first second you enter. I fully recommend it you won’t regret. Thanks!

We liked everything!

The house is very nice decorated, very well equipped and gives you a feeling like home vibe. The terrace is great in the morning and evening to chill and spend some quality time with friends. Michalis is a great host, very responsive and offered excellent suggestions for where to eat/visit in Chania. Thank you for everything and looking forward to return!

The little details everywhere was incredible, you could clearly see the love put into this place in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Was worth the price asked. Had everything we needed. Close by car to Chania beaches, Supermarket and the beautiful old town. The people running the place were wonderful and helpful. Would totally recommend if you are looking for a homely feel abroad. We will definitely be going back in the future and stay at this amazing house.

Fantastic house with a nice private patio, near Chania old town in a suburban living area without any tourists. Got a giftbasket at arrival with local products, lots of tips to discover the area and restaurants.

Eveyrthing about our stay here was outstanding - the house itself is just beatiful - it's decorated in a very cohesive, peaceful way, it allows you to have a very comfrotable and relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. The host is very attentive, responds very quickly and it really shows that she cares about the guests and wants to make sure they have the best experience possible. Highly recommended!

The house is exceptional, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of thoughtful touches such as refreshments on arrival that made us feel extra welcome. Evelina was a fantastic host and was very responsive if we had any questions. I hope to return!

The place itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm, spotless clean. Everything you need is there, starting from kitchen appliances, soft towels with a logo of the Violin House, comfortable beds, and the little violin details around the apartment. The owners were amazing, very communicative and so thoughtful. Got a nice bottle of wine and fresh fruits plus pastries at the arrival and then a proper creatan handmade treat which was absolutely delicious. Loved the place so much and definitely will be back as soon as I can. Thank you very much for your hospitality !

Clean, simplicity, cosy - and the host was very responsive and helpful, with tips on where to visit and house facilities. The house was prepared to very nice details for arrival - a bottle of wine, cheese, desserts, cooking oil etc. Washing machine is available and iron too. The host also sent us some local snacks in the evening - great hospitality.
