The apartment is super cozy, bed very comfy and kitchen well equipped with everything you might need. The views were amazing no matter the weather. Very attentive owners living downstairs with their dogs.

Everything was great

The views from the large windows in the apartment from the living area, bathroom & bedroom were spectacular. We could have spent all day there just looking at the water & the mountains. There is a fabulous large private terrace/balcony. Inside it was warm & cosy with great heating & a super log burner too. It's a perfectly located property just a short drive from Tromso and it has the best supermarket Eide Handel nearby. The apartment has everything you need for self catering & the kindest hosts. Hakoya is a tranquil & beautiful place with low levels of light pollution and we were lucky enough to see the northern lights one night just a few minutes walk from the apartment. We drove to Sommaroy one day (one hour away) after our hosts recommended it and the drive there was stunning. We hope to come back one day! Most comfortable and cosy accomodation in the area!

A truly wonderful apartment with plenty of space and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning and on clear nights, you can even watch the Northern Lights right from the house.The location is great, and you can reach Tromsø in just a short amount of time. Christel and Stig were incredibly kind and made us immediately feel at home. Their helpful tips made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

The location of the property was amazing, the scenery was incredible and it was a perfect location for seeing the northern lights with the most incredible backdrop. The view from the windows was breathtaking and the rooms were setup in such a way you could relax fully. Everything you could possibly need was there, it was warm and cosy and very welcoming. The hosts had left a wonderful welcome gift and everything was just easy. I would recommend this place to everyone but please leave some space so I can return one day!

Location (away from the town but only 12km from the airport, close to good spots for polar lights), beautiful panoramic view to the water and the mountains, quietness and privacy, comfortable kitchen with everything, wifi works well, fireplace with wood, very friendly and helpful host.

Nothing but may be missing some lamps (we used our flashlights).
