INAUBeautiful spacious villa! Super peaceful. Lovely pool and living area. The gardens are gorgeous and well maintained. Really nicely appointed. Beautiful furniture. Easy to get Grab.
Probably not suitable for young kids as the 2 bedrooms are separated from the living area and even further from the main bedroom. A bit far away as you can’t walk on the main road to get anywhere as it’s really busy with no sidewalk The beds are rock hard. And the pillows are lumpy. The staff keys to our villa were left in plain sight outside the front door, even after I complained.

On arrival the bins in the driveway were overflowing with rubbish, on the second day, the staff had all the rubbish tipped out on the driveway and were filtering through it, it wasnt a very pleasant experience for us or our children to see. It rained while we were there, additional doorway mats would have been nice as we had to go outside to get to our rooms.
BGThe property and the host were generally pleasant and welcoming. It was reassuring to have the host available to assist whenever needed, even if not all attempts to help were successful.
The location poses some challenges; it is situated in a new neighborhood that is still under development, making it impossible to walk anywhere. You'll definitely need a car or taxi to get around. Although Ubud isn't generally pedestrian-friendly, this area is particularly inaccessible. Additionally, we encountered a few minor issues such as unreliable hot water and problematic doors. These didn't hugely impact our stay but were noticeable.
