I had to call them because nobody was as reception. I received the access code by phone.
I liked to be informed about the digital code ahead of arriving to there. I got confused when nobody was there for guidance.

The place is awesome. If I travel to Auckland again, that would be my choice. Just in the CBD of Auckland, most of the spots are in walking distance. Really appreciate for the early check in that they approved.
The check in code they provide is not match with the code I needed to open my room. Lucky I got a house keeper helped me with it. The CS online didn't help much. Just hope that they double check the check in code before sending out.
