Mridul was very attentive and helped us out when we have an issue with our airline and needed to use his phone. He also offered us some beers and was very hospitable. The location is awesome really close to Oeiras, the beach and some nice cafes. For the price with an en-suite you wont find anything close in lisbon. Overall was very pleasantly suprised with this place, even the bed was comfy. Not sure why the reviews are so negative, our experience was certainly not so.

Door was broken when we arrived but luckily was temporarily fixed quickly so didnt cause issue for the duration of our stay. Main problem was the bathroom light which operates on a sensor - REALLY annoying when its late at night and you dont want to wake your partner.
