The staffs, who knocks at my room before check out time. I don't like it, it's like they were in a hurry to let me leave. I know it was just minutes away, but please knock at 12:00.

Property can improve communication. They don't reply to emails or booking app messages. I have to download WhatsApp or Viber which I don't want to do. Pass code to the door was easy to hack no safety if Im asleep
