The room was extremely cold. There were some sort of thermostats but they were definitely not working. Could not sleep well because it was so cold. The carpet of the shower was filthy, needs to be changed. There was no body soap in the shower. The carpet by the wardrobe is extremely dirty. Walls are dirty too, both in the room and in the bathroom, especially inside the shower. The tourist tax cannot be paid by card. The bed was super soft and very uncomfortable, you sink in it. The wardrobe did not have handles in the door and you had to open it using the upper corner of the door (which surprise, it was full of dust). In general, the room did not look as one expects when booking, even more when you take into account the price. Not professional at all. It seemed more like a student room in their 20s than a place you are charging money for. The communication with the owner was not professional either. No 'service' at all. Messages sent in English, messages answered in Italian (at some point the communication changed to English). For us this was "okay" because we understand Italian but for others this might be an issue. Also, not helping us when having questions the day before arrival, just redirecting everything to the tourist office and getting back to us finally to say we had to leave the room by 10 (and we hadn't even arrived!). Not welcoming. To top it off, the address on booking is not the right one. They had to tell us (all the time btw via WhatsApp, they couldn't use Booking's message platform) when we were on our way. Misleading communication when it comes to the parking too. Completely overpriced, this is not a room, it is basically a section of a garage/basement with a small window and a shower. No professionalism and, if you ask me, wrong to make money on this. We do not understand the punctuation this room has. To us this is a 0.

Struttura carinissima nel pieno centro della città. Vicina a negozi ristoranti ed impianti sciistici.

Stanza con confort, pulita con biancheria buona, proprietari gentili e premurosi ma...

sembrava di essere in un'appendice di un garage. Dalla finestra, dalla quale si vedeva un muro, entrava scarsa luce. Superato il cancello d'ingresso, c'erano varie cose accatastate e giochi (probabilmente per la stagione estiva) e alcune automobili.
