Urban Jungle by Domu Stays

Property was excellent and comfortable. had everything you needed including coffee and tea, a dishwasher, fridge, fans etc

The property was stunning as pictures and it looked very clean and modern. The shape of the celling had a unique look about it. The property really is in the middle of town everything was mostly close by and walking distance. Very easy to find from the mega bus coach station. The staff before we arrived at the property was so helpful and understanding on the phone made the whole booking less stressful

The hot water had issues one minute it would hot then just go cold for hours, it made the experience horrible ☹️. It stated that there for free wifi but we could if find that password and staff are unavailable on weekends so we had no one to reach out too. It was my friend birthday celebration coming to Manchester and we couldn’t even get a hot shower ?? There was no back area outside that we could smoke we had to stand on the main road to do so. It all made me disappointed because the place was beautiful and staff was so helpful before the trip it was real shame there’s no staff on weekends

It was very clean , just luxurious:)

the location was great and the co fierce service were helpful

it felt a little shabby compared to the photos, it could do with some touch ups. the flush in the downstairs toilet wasn’t great and we ended up with a blocked toilet. felt it was a little overpriced given these elements
