Dirty room with broken air conditioning. Bathroom was not cleaned for days. Horrible! Stay away!

Max and his wife were so nice and very accommodating. It was in the perfect location for the Latern festival as it was just on the edge of the city. We had an issue with the toilet and max fixed it straight away.

At times the water in the shower was weak however, that was a minor issue.

The owner was very helpful for planing my stay und chiang mai, giving me hints where i can go. The room was very clean and the restaurant from bis wife next door had very tasty food for a good price.

The only Thing that could be improved is the Warner heater for Shower. Its either very Hot or cold. But thats comen in Thailand.

Very nice and spacious room with private bathroom. The owner was really helpful. The location is in a quiet area but walking distance to lots of temples and markets.

The owner is a great guy who genuinely wants to help you and doesn’t expect anything in return, he gave us great advice, very refreshing to meet people like him. Room was big and clean, so was the bathroom. Also his wife (shop next door) makes great coffee frappes :))
