Lo staff era veramente top, ci hanno organizzato il tracking, abbiamo potuto noleggiare una moto, il servizio della loro lavanderia era ottimo Devo sottolineare un altra volta che lo staff si era molto impegnato ad aiutarci

Excelente amabilidad, habitación amplia y un desayuno exquisito. A tan sólo 7 minutos andando del centro de Sapa.

Me pareció un lugar muy acogedor, muy cómodo con unas vistas increíbles, muy céntrico, la habitación era muy amplia con vistas increíbles. Personal muy atento y servicial pendientes que en todo momento que estemos cómodos.

In messages asked owner about tours. Told me to wait till I come and can discuss. When arrive he not there staff say boss job. 24 hours later see boss. Only talk about 12-15km trip through town. I explained we were getting over serious medical issues. 6-7kmm would be better. He walked away. Told staff first day we were leaving a day early. Told owner 2 nights before. Day we left he was " surprised". No tv in room but advertise cable. To make hot water run in shower need to turn on sink faucet and vice versa. Not quiet part of town. Dogs every night at 2:30 bark. At 3 - 3:30 roosters start. Looks like owner feeds. 4 th floor narrow stairs. 1 bag at a time. Breakfast - as another review said - ok but would not pay for it.

Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre mais au calme. Chambre confortable, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel agréable. Séjour parfait !

L'emplacement, au calme et proche du centre. Le personnel, très sympathique. Les lits, particulièrement confortables.

Les stores, pas très efficaces contre la lumière, ce qui peut être gênant pour dormir.
