The accommodation was new and clean. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner is very nice and hospitable, he pampered us very much and provided everything we needed. The street is a bit busy, you can hear it. The location is very good, close to the sea and just a few minutes walk along the sea to the city. I can fully recommend this accommodation.

The parking was right next to the house and is very average in length and our car is big, it extended a few centimeters into the sidewalk, there is no barrier or fence. So people who walk around mainly in the evenings had a great passion for finger painting on the car. And considering the very high price of our car, it was very unpleasant for me.

We had a great time at Maria’s place, she was so kind & thought of everything. There was a very well equipped kitchen. It was in a handy location and close to the beach and the shops. We loved the Illy pods & Maria went out of her way to refill them. The aircon was exceptional. The apartment was on the ground floor but it is very private. Easy access & secure. Access to the old town was easy. Maria and family were exceptional hosts.

Great apartments, great location. A home away from home in these well-equipped, comfortable apartments which were immaculately clean. Our host was really helpful and welcomed us with fresh flowers, a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thanks for helping to make our stay in beautiful Rovinj so memorable.

Apartment very tastefully furnished… and well placed for access to old town. 5 min walk away. Very secure with controlled access. Private parking right outside the property.

Shower leaked into bathroom. No instructions for any of the appliances… Safe for valuables not fixed in location and not working. No information on local amenities, things to do etc.

The apartment is simply amazing. Marija is great and helpful. Supermarket, beach, old town are within a short distance.
