"Wonderful hotel and staff"

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful. They helped me organise a trip to Kherson since booking.com was not showing any listings for Kherson at the moment. Several members of the staff spoke English. And even those who couldn't were very helpful, making phone calls for me etc. The room was spacious, comfortable beds, clean.

Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely stay here again if in Mykolaiv.
