the staff are nice but not the owner

The owner is not friendly, the room has a very bad smell specially the CR and when I complain they only sprayed downy which is very funny. The breakfast has only 2 options- sandwich or hotdog with rice only and we stayed for 5 days. Maintenance is zero. No service clean up on our rooms. We requested but when we arrived from daily outings no room service and the room is still not clean. No frontdesk in the evening only the guard. Do not arrived in the evening or you will sleep in the street.

AC not cold they ask us to move rooms but the AC is still the same. Toilets are rusty, water has foul smell, bed sheets has stains and pillows has black marks inside. The property was not maintained well

absolument tout. nous sommes partis 30 minutes après être arriver. les commentaires sont réelles!! ne minimisez pas, je vous assures que vous aller regretter!

Le service de la dame a l’accueil était excellent, très belle endroit, très bon petit déjeuner, très belle piscine

Manque un peu de rangement

Honestly nothing, maybe just the location.

Breakfast was very poor, there was no hot water, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning was too noisy, we weren't given the room we reserved, one towel per person, and no daily cleaning.
