I’d like give the hotel-service 0 point. I was shocked by his poor service attitude. I have to wait more than ten minutes though there was only one customer in front of me I ask him in JAPANESE if they can use Visa-card and then he answered in japanese-dielect English. I told him i don‘t speak English, shall we speak Japanese and he just continue his English speech. Second, I‘m a long term resident who have been living in japan over 5 years. And he just asked me for my residence card. I explained that there‘s no obligation to present for a Mid-to-Long term resident. He just said“Then are you Japanese?“ I have used booking to reserve hotels many times in Kansai and Kyushu and this is the first time asked for residence card. I guess he judges me a foreign only by my name. I have to let him copy my card, and this do annoyed me.
