鶴岡駅から近い スタッフはかなり親切で丁寧 清潔感は〇 　　→施設自体は古さを感じるが、定期的にリフォームされている

外からの音が気になる 　　　→壁が薄いせいか、外部からの低周波な音(何かのインバーター音?)が響いており、耳栓なしで眠ることができなかった。
