Son emplacement

On a rencontré un souci avec nos cautions. J’ai pris 2 chambres, on nous a debité 2 cautions. 1 caution sur 2 nous a été retourné. Un mail a été envoyé avec preuve mais selon l’etablissement les cautions ont bien été retourné mais ce n’est pas le cas🤷‍♀️ Bref on a laché l’affaire…

"Decepcionante."

La ubicación es buena. El desayuno se hace en un local publico adyacente. Es un desayuno muy limitado en oferta, pero aceptable. El personal del local de desayuno es muy agradable y servicial.

En general, las instalaciones del hotel son muy antiguas. Las ventanas no cierran bien y entra el ruido de la calle, sobre todo por un patio interior con una gran instalación industrial de aire acondicionado que impide conciliar el sueño al estar rotas las ventanas exteriores. La nevera hace ruido y molesta mucho. La primera noche tuvieron que darnos otra habitación porque el inodoro estaba atascado. La segunda habitación tenía los problemas de ruido descritos y no funcionaba la caja fuerte, y tuvieron que darnos una tercera habitación al día siguiente, a la que también tuvieron que cambiar la nevera por ruido.. A pesar de haber avisado que llegábamos tarde por el avión, nos encontramos con estos problemas y nos dieron casi las 2 de la mañana. El hotel no ofreció ninguna compensación por una noche casi perdida, y un nuevo cambio el segundo día.

Moqueta olía muy muy mal Habitación que se caía cachos, corroída, cables sueltos, baño sucio etc Habitación supuestamente menos ruidosa por estar situada hacia patio interior pero da a ventilación de otras empresas y suena increíblemente alto toda la noche Mano a robo armada el parking, 60$/día No incluye desayuno
