INConcept of Hobbit House is great Idea. Ambiance is really appealing specially for kids.
Property is not spacious enough for family. Rooms should have been little bigger with arrangements of additional bed (Or even Bunk beds etc ) for Kids to really enjoy concept of Hobbit House. There is Shortage of Dining space. We tried breakfast in to open space, but same was not comfortable due to high intensity of sun.
INThe property was stunning, clearly built with great attention to detail. Geeta, the host, was exceptional. We arrived after sunset, and she was there to greet us at the property. She allowed us to choose our preferred room and gave us a fantastic tour, sharing the story behind the design of each room. She also provided helpful information, including contact details for nearby delivery services, paragliding partners, and even a link to the mattress used in the property. We spent the evening by the indoor fireplace, enjoying drinks and watching *LOTR*. The breakfast the next morning was delicious, and we had the perfect view of the sunrise.
The only downside was that we arrived after sunset, so we couldn't spend as much time at the property. However, there's nothing negative about the property itself—it's truly wonderful.

Every corner of the space felt like stepping into Middle-earth, making it a dream destination for fans and adventurers alike. The quality of the stay was top-notch—cozy, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. It’s clear that great care has been taken to ensure every guest feels at home while enjoying a unique atmosphere. This property truly meets international standards and offers a rare combination of charm and functionality. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Hobbit House to travelers looking for something special. I can’t wait to return, hopefully with my own “fellowship” of friends, to share this incredible experience again!

AEGeeta has a dedicated chef available to prepare breakfast who is very sweet. The cooking was also brilliant. We were 4 of us and ordered completely different things and the chef lady (Sara didi) was more than happy to prepare everything with a big smile on her face. Will certainly return.
The only thing to improve is to prepare guests for the approach to the house. Cars CAN come easily but the roads are narrow and windy (not the hosts fault), but worth including in the description.
PLEverything was nice, owner is very hospitable, warmly welcoming, supportive, venue is clean and very nice. Rating of 10 is well deserved
