The Room fairly matches all the amenities that you expect in a luxurious hotel. The cleanliness, room service, staff services are smooth.

There was a conflict regarding the payment but atlast i paid the amount mentioned during my booking.

I arrived middle of the night. The staff was very helpful. The manager is professional and helpful and accommodating. Clean Working AC Located just outside lake kankaria Shower, bathroom, You get two bottles of water included per day. Clothes washing service Good value for money

Manager and one more staff speaks some English, although not all staff speaks English. Unlimited bottled water should be free, you sadly might need to ask for things. Didnt try their restaurant.
