Hotel Lake Point

Hotel was clean, the staff were very happy to help. The restaurant meals were good and I thought the whole place was value for money. My room was small, but very comfortable, I'm a solo, traveler so don't need much space. A nice comfortable armchair in the room was appreciated, shower was good and hot was great.

Nothing, the hotel was what I has expected and was well looked after.

The Location Is Superb. It is so peaceful and calm. Kankaria Lake is just beside it and you can walk into it and have quick walk. Staff is so polite and helpful. Must visit and stay. Metro is just 2 km away. All transportation is also very easily accessible.

My suite on the top floor, reached by a modern lift, had excellent air conditioning options and quiet overhead fans. There was complimentary bottled drinking water with tea and coffee making facilities. Everything in the bathroom worked, with used bath towels replenished daily. Overall cleanliness was to a high standard. The food that I tried was all delicious (though choices were limited by supply). Staff were all very helpful and I would definitely stay there again, if attending an event on that side of the city, again.

The only USB socket was in the router behind the tv. But, there was an adaptor at the Reception desk for UK plugs. Fresh fruit was in short supply, apart from watermelon. There was no fresh fruit juice as advertised on the menu. No breakfast cereal (such as oats, porridge, flakes or meusli) is offered, but white bread or toast is. During my stay, there was no toilet paper in the washroom near Reception and the restaurant.
