It is said that the pictures are deceptive well in this case it is so true … horrible place to stay … rooms were untidy and smelly .. whole place is trash and they charged me a bomb for a night around 12 hours

There is nothing that you can say is good terrible location dirty place and nowhere close to what is shown in the pictures

There seemed to be a private celebration ongoing during my stay, when I entered there was loud music and smoking in the common pool areas. I felt like I was the only one who wasn’t a part of this group. The music stopped around 11pm but the party continued until morning as I heard people talking loudly. As a solo female traveller, I didn’t find the situation very welcoming, so I decided to move after staying for one night only. I had planned to stay for three nights. I felt isolated and unsafe as I only saw 2 members of staff at the property and no other guests (that were not a part of the party group) besides me. The staff were not in uniform so there was no way I could tell if there were more. There was also smoke in the corridors, clearly people were smoking in the rooms. Moreover, there was no female staff at the property. I didn’t see any cleaners etc. In the morning asked why there was no one working, I was told they usually come at 8am but it was already 11am at this point. There was no one cleaning the common areas after the party. The property is not being managed well at the moment. It is a beautiful house and clearly a lost opportunity. There were no towels in the bathroom, the bedsheets were stained. The road going into the property is also bad and can be improved.

It was a scam, not real, had to book another hotel. No compensation. Disgusting excuse for hospitality

I had a quadruple room with a large comfirtable king bed and a bunk bed for two kids. It was ideal for a family of 4.

Bathroom was a bit small.
