good position close to the coast, clean and good facilities, just what we wanted, and the car parking was good👍

no hairdryer, it was listed but couldn’t find it, I was going to a Ball and had to leave with wet hair! and we were given 3 different codes for the front door, got in eventually 😂

The location is perfect for a Worthing stay, near the station and a short walk to the town. The Park opposite is a beautiful green space and well used by families and dog walkers. We didn't have a car on this trip but there was parking on the street which was fairly quiet during the day but very busy on an evening. Even though one of the bedrooms is at the front of the property it was still quiet on an evening. Its a very peaceful area. The décor is nice and there is plenty of storage in the large bedrooms. Unlike a lot of places I've stayed, it actually has two decent bedrooms. I would say that the living space is really only suitable for 2 people (only 2 dining chairs) This suited my Mum and I perfectly. The outside space is at the front of the property with a very small area at the back. Andy kindly let us use the outside facilities for Tranquillity, which is the upstairs flat, as there were no occupants at the time. We really enjoyed having this space. The kitchen facilities were adequate for simple meals and breakfasts.

Great location overlooking park. Quite road with very little traffic. Beautiful front room full of light from large bay window. Beautifully decorated good sized rooms.

Very good outlook over Victoria Park.

Lounge / dimong room was very dark. A lighter wall colouring would b beneficial.
