BEThe room was very tidy and cozy, inside a court where other rooms and other Vietnamese people live, making the stay very authentic. Ms Huyen has been very helpful, she also shared a list of typical food to try and where. The place is not exactly on the city centre (30 minutes walking), but it is on the river, which I loved.
In the morning, there was a bit of noise since the room is on a court where other people live, but for me it was not a problem.

DEDie Frauen an der Rezeption waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab kostenlose Fahrräder und man konnte sich Touren über das Hostel buchen. Außerdem wären sie sehr aufmerksam und haben uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Der Kontakt über Email war sehr einfach.
Die Unterkunft war etwas schwer zu finden und nicht wirklich ausgeschildert, wobei ein Austausch über Email gut funktioniert hat.

The room is not verg soundproof, so the neighbors' barking dog and crowing rooster are quite loud late at night and early in the morning.

FRLovely view on the Mekong river, very clean and well equipped room (cleanest we found in Vietnam after a month of travelling!). The host was very helpful and kind, thanks to her we booked a tour to the floating markets and a natural reserve. We also borrowed bikes for free.
The neighbourhood can be a bit noisy in the morning, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

TRThis house has more than everything you need. It’s quite central but still on the back side in a silent alley, away from all the possible noise. Everything is clean and brand new in the room you have a fan and AC, also a back door opening to river side right at your feet. The owner lady is amazingly helpful and always there for you. She sent me 2 different documents including all the activities I could do in the city and all the good food with photos and explanations together where to find them. Also helped me rent a bike, get bus tickets, book floating market tour, my pick up and drop off. Everything was so smooth thanks to her! If you are someone looking for own space in a family like area with space in front garden and nice neighbours, this is your stay. Couldn’t be better!
FRÉtablissement très sympathique et personnel aidant, jolie terrasse sur le fleuve. Seul petit bémol peut être pour les draps, et des fourmis un peu partout (porte pas très bien isolée). On a pu louer des scooters !
