Große Wohnung mit toller Lage mitten in Lissabon. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und auch abends sind viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ablauf von Check-in könnte im Vorhinein bereits kommuniziert werden.

No había ascensor, escalera hasta 3 piso.

The apartment itself was amazing. One had everything you needed and was very stylish. However, when we arrived, we had a builder using our toilet. He rushed out in a hurry. The owner, however, has no communication skills, as he only replies about a day later, after being reminded repeatedly. We ended up at the property not knowing what to expect nor how to get in. We phoned him and he never answered...just put the phone down. Only then did he send the code to get in. This is very disconcerting when coming from afar and entering an area that doesn't look too great.

Even though the apartment had soundproofing, and on the 3rd floor, the street party noise still enters the apartment and carries on till about 2 am. In the morning the streets are littered with the remainders of a proper booze up. The municipality does, however, come clean the streets between 8-9.

The location was amazing, super close to everything in walking distance. However it’s located in a party district so if you’re wanting to avoid noise, I’d look somewhere else. The apartment itself was huge however and a lot of space and amenities, perfect for three people however the sofa bed needs replacing, the main bed was very comfy and soft. Also the water in the shower is hit and miss depending if they don’t cut it off or not.

We had to reach out to the host to organise check in which was a bit worrying given that we didn’t hear anything until the day of arrival after we had called many times and messaged so I would advise to reach out before arriving in Lisbon, but once we got in they were quick and attentive. The host should also organise an arrival book as there was no explanation of how to use anything, but all in all I would stay there again, purely for location!

It was clean. The apartment is pretty large and well located (though the living room is noisy at night).

The apartment was not ready at check-in time at we had to wait for the cleaning. The kitchen is not well equipped. The sofa bed is a disaster and completely broken and useless. The bathroom is a bit moldy at some corners.

Très bon emplacement près d’une épicerie et dans un quartier central. Appartement avec toutes les accommodations: laveuse, séchoir à linge, fer à repasser, séchoir, tout pour la cuisine.

Action en soirée avec quelques bars au alentours qui sont bruyants jusqu’au petites heures du matin. Divan-lit désuet, très inconfortable, avons dû sortir le matelas de la structure tellement il n’était pas de niveau. Air climatisé de l’entrée coulait.

ci avevano assicurato un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto quando siamo arrivate ci hanno lasciato pronto un materassino gonfiabile che si sgonfiava (ho dormito praticamente per terra), dopo essermi lamentata e richiesto un divano letto ce lo hanno sistemato ma era scomodissimo. Se fornite una struttura per massimo 4 ospiti dovete assicurare posti letto e soprattutto comodi!! per fortuna che ci abbiamo passato solo 2 notti. Non ci ritornerei. In più il lavandino del bagno era ostruito, abbiamo dovuto lavarci i denti e fare le cose da bagno in cucina e il water era semi rotto, dopo uni sciacquone continuava a scendere acqua.
