Modern room and bathroom, good size room, very clean, TV with netflix/amazon prime etc location isn't too far from Manchester City, very easy to get there and the place is literally across the road from Tesco Extra with cafe, I parked my car in tesco parking which is front of the house so I could still see my car

Shared kitchen which I didn't mind but our food/drinks in the shared fridge were used even I labelled it and had it in a bag. No tea towel or paper towel in the kitchen to dry our hands had to buy them, pillow were rock solid, also could do with tea spoon for hot drinks. Black out curtains in bedrooms would be a bonus too but u get what u get for the price

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathrooms. It made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Good value for money

Door lock was broken and took us ages to get in . Shower door didn't close properly. Only 1 towel for 2 people ( luckily we brought 2 with us . Room would be greatly improved with tea/coffee facilities in the room

The pillows were uncomfortable and not enough pillows. Was a little cold and no heater.

Location

Great location with Tesco and bus stop just a few steps away. Clean and comfortable room.

1. The room and the house was very tidy. Pleasant fragrances all over. 2. An electric heater was there which was great. 3. Checking in and out was easy

1.The bathroom was really small for the room I had,barely enough space to cramp in. 2.Bed was bit creaky even for one person. 3. The £150 security deposit should be part of terms on the booking page and not an extra information and requirement for checking in after the place had been booked. Though this was refunded after check out, it should be clearly stated at booking. Otherwise, the room was good value for money.
