Nonostante la posizione all’incrocio di 2 strade trafficate dalle 08 alle 23 non hanno infissi insonorizzati. Nella foto, la porta era chiusa (nonostante sembri accostata!)!! Ma il peggio è che mi hanno negato la possibilità di cancellare gratuitamente costringendomi ad un soggiorno infernale! Per chi si dedica all’ospitalità, la felicità del cliente dovrebbe essere il valore più importante! Ho fatto questo lavoro anch’io e mai ho tenuto clienti scontenti anche se ho perso soldi. I clienti e le vacanze dei clienti sono sacre!
ESRoom is spacious, clean, has great WiFi and hot water. Place is close to airport, check in was very fast recommend!
