Sleek Apartment with Balcony and Parking

The location is near the train station, where there are many homeless people. Right behind the building is a hospital, so ambulances drive around the clock even at night with beacons and sirens. The way to the apartment is like a safe, just a door. After opening the apartment, there was a strong smell, as if the apartment was not ventilated at all. Upon entering, you immediately notice the vacuum cleaner, the broom was right behind the door. There is only a glued-on plug under the home phone so that children cannot put their hands in there. We found the accommodation instructions thrown in the bottom drawer of the kitchen unit. The door at the entrance to the room is twisted and the frame, probably the air conditioning leaked and twisted it. The door in the room to the balcony could not be closed completely. The balcony was right next to the neighbors, half a meter, you could not even sit there when the neighbors are on the balcony + almost every day water dripped from above, you could not even dry the laundry. Clean outside, but cobwebs in the corners, the walls needed to be painted, they are already quite dirty. There are no curtains + drapes on the windows, you have to close the blinds in the evening and at night, but then you are like in a tomb. For five nights for four of us, we had one garbage bag, 2 dishwasher tablets and 4 coffee tablets, no paper kitchen towels. The kitchen is pitch black, everything that is not wiped is visible on it, there were covers on arrival. The refrigerator hums in the evening, so much so that you want to turn it off because you can't sleep with it. In the bathroom, the light on the mirror sparkles when you turn it on - it's dangerous. The ladder radiator was covered in dust. The towel rack is missing, the toothbrush holder. The water pressure in the apartment is disastrous, you can't take a shower there because when you turn on the water, it's cold and then boiling, the water from the tap only flows so weakly.

The apartment is located in the very heart of the city, yet it's surprisingly quiet. Close to public transport and shops. There's also a nice park (II. Janos Pal papa ter) with a play area for kids in its close vicinity.

Мы провели в апартаментах несколько дней и остались очень довольны. Квартира очень чистая, уютная и полностью соответствует описанию. Полностью оборудованная кухня - можно легко готовить, как дома. Есть подземная парковка. Хорошее расположение: рядом магазины, кафе, удобный транспорт.

Close to train and several little markets

The apartment was very clean, modern and had a lot of facilities. The location is great and truly we had a wonderful stay

The only things I would mention are the water pressure in the shower, that fluctuates from cold to hot and the pillows that are not very comfortable. Nothing else in exchange:)

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good to be able to wash clothes. Very close to Keleti Railway Station and lots of local transport links to get around Budapest.

Great apartment, well equipped. Parking secured. Close to the metro station. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

We liked the location, the privacy, how spacious the apartment was, the equipment in the kitchen and bathroom and the layout of the apartment. The parking is really secured so we didn’t need to worry for it.

It was a little bit difficult to figure out how to unlock and open the front door.

Just small disadvantage it is a smell in bathroom from the washing machine.
