Close to the nest hostel where the party is but still far enough to not be bothered by the noise. They rent motorbikes at a good price and uncomplicated.

The bathrooms were a bit smelly, there was no common area to chill out.

The location was ok for us, we enjoyed the fun walk down to the beach. As expected, there was also a great view from the property. The host was helpful, and would arrange anything if asked.

Booked a private bungalow, but got given a double room with shared balcony - we could hear next door easily, and it just wasn’t the experience we were hoping for (I think the bungalows actually weren’t ready because the place is new, but that wasn’t explained). The room had some not very nice smells; the drainage in the bathroom was poor, and there was another overriding chemical-y smell in the main room. We were provided with two fleece blankets rather than proper bedding, which was uncomfortable. There was a lack of information given (no wifi code, no helpful info on how best to reach the property or navigate the island, etc), and a larger focus was on selling tours or transport - it was only when we were literally climbing into the tuk tuk (in the rain) at the end of our stay we were asked how our stay was, which wasn’t the best time to provide feedback. There wasn’t a welcoming common area; there was no comfortable place to lounge outside of our room. This is a new venture though, so I’m assuming all of the above will improve in time!

Location was good, only about 8 minute walk from the beach. Lovely view from outside the door of the private rooms.

The smell out of the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, definitely serious plumbing issues. Beds were pretty hard and not that comfortable. The taxi they sent to collect us tried to charge us $9 for a 2km trip, we laughed at them and didn't end up having to pay. So be wary, they will try to scam you. When we were leaving they said it would be $6 and we said no so walked back to the pier along the beach instead of paying these rip off merchants. High charge for paying by card and made out like he was doing me a massive favour by only charging me 7%, refused to pay this and agreed on 5%. Only 1 main light in room. Soap dispenser was empty on check-in, 2 towels provided for 3 people.

So close to both beaches, within walking distance. Good AC during evening and morning

The staff charged extra. They had an extra charge added on their booking.com side, the man showed me his phone when I questioned about this. It’s never happened in any other booking before so unsure what the extra charge is for

Paiement by care with 6% fee !! The bunk doesn't have any lights and it was dirty. No lockers. It is called "top view" but you don't see at all the sea/beach, it is still under construction, no common area. When i was staying, i saw 2 Cambodian girls coming with a tuk tuk very well dressed (very sexy) late the afternoon and one of them spend the night with an old european guy in my dorm ! So yes, basically it was for sex and she left the bedroom in the morning with a lot of dollars in the hand. So not nice at all !!

I loved the walk down from the property to the beach with lots of life in between. Amazing location to be close to the party but far enough away to have a good night sleep

Hostel was cheaper than all the others and was better rooms. No rules on air-conditioning staff were friendly and actually got a good night sleep.
