Good air con. Pool and gym were okay.

Sewage smell constantly coming from bathroom. Only one room key, no self locking system on the door which means my partner and I had to enter and leave the room at the same time. Cockroaches, probably from other rooms leaving their rubbish outside rooms for days. One of the pools in the photos is not actually available and security told us we wernt allowed to use it. My partner and I often got stared at while using the gym. And followed down the elevator by them. Very weird vibes. This is not a proper hotel. We had to wait in a weird office for 20 minutes with no info on when our room would be ready, even though we told him our arrival time and it was within the check-in times listed.

The room is very spacious, clean, with a great view. The location is also good, near the Aeon Mall. Access to the Swimming pool and gym. Great value.

This is THE VERY BEST LOFT in PhnomPenh !!! Incredible, amazing, outstansing views to the Mekong River, City & Parliament !!!

Modern, clean and spacious rooms. Host was really accommodating and helpful! (Warned us to only get tuktuks via grab!)

The air con was pretty weak and we had to move rooms due to having a cockroach issue but it was resolved quickly even though it was late at night!

The owner was really kind and helpful. Met us on site and let us in - explained the building facilities - gave us toiletries when we ran out. Great view over the city. The gym and pool were awesome!

There was a smell in the bathroom that we think must have been the drains - was constant. Had to keep the door closed! Also - be aware what apartment you are booking. Photos on the advert for our room showed a washing machine, but it was in a different apartment, not ours.
