La ubicaci贸n era accesible

El lugar NO se ve como en las fotos y el personal es muy grosero, solamente el se帽or del valletparking fue amable con nosotros. En recepci贸n nos atendieron p茅simo, quer铆amos solicitar una factura y nos hicieron mil caras y la encargada se puso a rega帽ar a la recepcionista frente a nosotros, fue inc贸modo. A pesar de ver que llev谩bamos muchas cosas cargando no se tomaron la molestia de ayudarnos o simplemente facilitar las cosas (viajabamos con un toddler). Avisamos en la reservaci贸n que llegar铆amos a la 1 y no respetaron la petici贸n, deb铆amos estar listos para ir a un evento y era primordial estar listos y simplemente se portaron indiferentes. No lo recomiendo, no volver铆a
