Perfect stay. Hotel in an ideal location. Yes the rooms are older (first hotel in Kuta Lombok) and could do with a freshen up, but overall the price, location, grounds and staff were excellent

Le personnel est vraiment gentil et accueillant, il fait le charme de l’hôtel. Parfaitement située à Kuta, on va visiter le centre très facilement.

La chambre pour le prix n’étais pas à la hauteur, on avait du mal à s’y sentir bien, elle était assez vieille.

Peaceful and scenic location near the beach and the downtown area! The pool and views are special. Vegan options for a tasty buffet breakfast! Get the larger rooms near the pool!! Staff is so friendly and helpful!!

Good location, pretty close to the main strip. The hotel is basic and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is average. Staff were friendly.

We were on the second floor with lots of suitcases. It's very difficult to carry up and down with no elevator.

Buona posizione, in centro a Kuta

La camera è molto vecchia e tenuta male, con la vernice che si scrosta dai muri, il lavandino del bagno è minuscolo e l’acqua non scorre bene. Il wi-fi non funziona nelle camere, solo nelle aree comuni, al contrario di quanto viene dichiarato. La camera non viene pulita a meno che non venga richiesto, e comunque la pulizia non è fatta bene. Il personale è abbastanza gentile ma difficile da contattare. Abbiamo affittato un motorino con loro e quando ci si è forata una gomma abbiamo provato a chiamare i numeri che avevamo ma non ha risposto nessuno. Siccome non è un hotel così economico non lo consiglierei per la cattiva gestione e la mancata manutenzione e pulizia degli spazi privati e comuni.
