My entire family stayed there, occupying a few dozen rooms. We were all extremely happy to be together. But the general feeling was pretty disappinted in the hotel. The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good. Many of the staff members we encountered were nice but the FrontDesk Clerk that checked us in was terrible.

It is very old, run down rooms, very uncomfortable beds. No basic amenities like coffee machines, fridge or iron. They supply a very old hairdryer that burns your hand when you use it. We were attending a formal event and all needed to iron but the front desk just said they don't have any. We had to go to a store to buy one that we all shared. The entire stay started off badly, when we checked in. Ronaldo (i think) was just rude. We got there waited in line for our turn. We had 3 rooms to check in for, this really seemed to annoy him. It was also clear once he saw our US passports, it just got worse. We were very polite and excited to be there for this event that we've been planning for a year. It was really upsetting that he thought it was ok to be so rude. Lastly, our first night, our power went out. My husband has to get up at 3am and report it.They said we did it becuase we had too much plugged in but we were only charging out phones and nothing else. Apparently alot of the rooms also lost power.

Location and pool

Not updated, not enough outlets, beds were VERY uncomfortable.

Perfect place, absolutely amazing view, very quiet not many guests when I was there but a lovely place, Very limited choice of food in the restaurant but everything I had was really nice, Really clean, Friendly and helpfull staff A good breakfast too Will definately return next time im in the area,

O Booking não passou as informações corretas ao hotel, reservamos 6 adultos e crianças e o hotel só foi informado dos adultos. Senhora da receção muito simpática que nos ajudou a resolver a situação.
